I’m a travel photographer as well as a writer, who has a large archive of photographs from various places around the world. Photography is my profession, my passion and my vocation. I feel incredibly blessed to have found something in my life that makes my heart sing.
In 2012 I started sharing some of my photographs here, often accompanied by a few explanatory words, to give friends a better idea of what I am fortunate enough to observe, both during my travels and in London, the place that I am proud to call home. The name ‘An Enchanted Eye’ was the title of my last exhibition in London and it has since become my calling card – as I really am enchanted by the world around me, on a daily basis.

Eleanor, I found you because a fellow photographer and WordPress blogger, Jaime Perez, listed your blog as one he follows. I am so glad I clicked on the link! I’ve spent the most delightful half an hour drinking in your gorgeous pictures of Venice, reading your stories, and understanding completely why you love Italy so much. Italy holds a special place in my heart as well. While I haven’t been back in over 5 years, I do hope to return someday. In the meantime, I can revisit it on your blog!
