Oh thank you Eleanor, Venice is my favorite city in the world. . . . where I have visited! And we did visit from Rome during Carnivale and danced in the Piazza San Marco……magic. Thanks for that memories and your beautiful photos on this bitter day!
No problem – I think that it is impossible not to go to Venice and come away with magical memories, especially if you danced in San Marco square!
It was winter and fog touched the ground and these amazing masked costumed figured appeared through the mist. All met in the square where bands played from the corners. He dancing kept us warm!
It sounds wonderful. I’m hoping for some nice atmospheric photos through the mist while I’m there. (Though I could do without the cold!)
